 Proprietor Series is intended to be extra Special Deck Paint Systems Handcrafted by Myself Personally and not my crews or laborers.

The very first one is pictured above. And is going on its 10th full day of production.

  And no doubt I've lost monetarily on it at this point.

 However, I'm hoping that the media content from the project and the overall exceptional quality of the Deck itself will sell more.

   1 of 4 Decks Scheduled this year....

    What have been the challenges so far? 


 Time in general.    

 The Proprietor Series Decks from Kong Armor are supposed to be about ( quality above all else) 

 There not all necessarily gonna be multi-colored systems like the current one . 

 But the thing is, I'm finding out they take a great deal of my time and energy
.....

       IF IM PERSONALLY DOING THE PRODUCTION THEN I CANNOT DO SALES, MARKETING, AND OR ANY OTHER TASK FOR MY BUSINESSES.

   My Hope for Proprietor Series Decks ❗


   My hope is that I can produce a few decks personally each year for Kong Armor. 

  And that I can set the bar for other deck painters in Northern Kentucky , with ultra high quality standards. 

   All Kong Armor Decks are produced via top notch quality standards.... 

 But my hope is for the Proprietor Series Decks to stand out as Unique And Special.

Deck Post Cracks ❗ Resason for Concern❓

Every Year I look at hundreds of decks in the Cincinnati Northern Kentucky area , and I see the same thing on all of the support post.  Vertical Cracks Are they a reason for Concern?  Many of these cracks can be gnarly looking wide and long.  With that being said , myself and other deck experts agree. They are rarely dangerous, and even scarce to cause deck collapse.  Deck post are wide and strong, intact the cracks called (checking) by industry professionals , are factored into the equation before your deck is even built.  We know that these post are going to (check) or crack with the expansion and contraction phases of wood. That's why we use 4x4 and 6x6 and larger post .  It's extremely common , and unless you see the following signs they cause no real concern: Signs a Deck Post Crack needs repaired: Get a long screwdriver or something similiar. - see if you can push it all the way through the crack and all the way through the
