I likely wont even try very hard to sale interior painting in the Cincinnati-Norther Kentucky area this winter ❗

So in years past . I've always tried to at least stay busy in the winter months. The best way to do this is to land interior painting jobs. 


However , what I have found . Is that Northern Kentucky and Cincinnati residents are just not receptive to the service. 


The ones who are , don't hold it to a value I feel my company's work is worth. The interior jobs I see being completed in this area are typically low low rate.  I'm talking 1.00 a square foot living space. Minimum wage.

I went on my first interior painting bid for the 2021 season yesterday in Union KY.  A job that was about the equivalent of painting 5 bedrooms. In a Half- million dollar home. Homeowner wanted the best of everything. 


It would require special protection for oak cabinets and trim work that is beautifully stained. A good deal of work. Top of the line Emerald satin interior paint was choosen by the potential customer. ( the most expensive in existence)


So I gave a high end bid ❗


Well , I just got the news back that we won't be getting that job. And that's typical here all winter long.  I wish my company could find a way to compete in that segment . We have a strong force of qualified painters. 


I think instead, I'll just focus on building Kong Armor ™️ this winter. And not really compete. Will put out a few ads , but I'm not going to ask my men to work for nothing. 
Just likely something that this winter we will avoid. If something lands in our lap . GREAT ❗. IF NOT OH WELL. 

5000 painting contractors and painting companies along with nephews , uncles,  step dads etc.... all fighting for the 40 interior painting projects available locally in the tristate monthly. I think I'm going to pass.

FINISHED AND PAINTED -THE UNION KY BATHROOM CEILING PROJECT

Today I finished the Bathroom ceiling REPLACEMENT And Painting job in Union, Kentucky.     Here is a Picture of the final product.  Tough day, unfortunately the homeowners were in a hurry to leave for the evening and I forgot to take  pictures of the bathroom that I completely repainted as well. 🎨🙄  This was additional work from my "Liquid Ceiling" basement painting project. So this was just kind of a small add on project.  💎💎❗❗❗💎💎💎❗❗💎💎❗❗💎❗💎💎         Lets talk about why I had to refinish this ceiling anyways...  Mildew Growth.......       If this is your first time on my blog and you didnt read the post directly before this.
